The hotel is in a lovely location, right by the
river, making morning walks enjoyable. The room was clean and had good amenities. However, the breakfast could use more variety, and we found the wifi to be slow at times.

Exceptional service and convenient location
The location was perfect for exploring downtown with easy access to local restaurants and attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially during breakfast where they ensured everything was well-stocked and clean. My room was comfortable, featuring modern amenities like a fridge and microwave, which were great for my stay. However, the parking situation could be improved as the available garage was a bit inconvenient at times.

The hotel stands out with a beautiful riverfront location offering great views, especially from balcony rooms. Rooms include modern amenities, and the evening reception with snacks adds a nice touch to the stay.
I faced several inconveniences during my stay that dampened the experience. First, the bathroom in my room had cleanliness issues, with the toilet not properly cleaned. A connecting door didn’t lock, impacting my sense of safety. The shower lacked a non-slip surface, which made showering a little precarious, and I experienced limited housekeeping services, as amenities like toiletries remained near empty. Additionally, there were issues with the ice machine, which was locked on my floor, forcing me to search multiple floors just to find ice. All these little things combined took away from what could have been a more enjoyable stay.

The room at the Hampton Inn was really spacious and comfortable. I loved having a fridge and microwave for snacks. The breakfast selection blew me away. so many options like waffles, fresh fruit, and hot oatmeal. The breakfast staff was attentive, keeping everything clean and refilled. The location was perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants, which made our evenings enjoyable. However, the parking situation was a bit frustrating. I had to pay extra for parking, and the garage was across the street. The bathroom could have used a bit more attention during cleaning, as I noticed that it wasn't as spotless as I would have liked. Also, I encountered issues with the hot water in the shower. it was lukewarm at best. All in all, I appreciated the friendly staff and the overall aesthetic of the hotel, but some improvements in cleanliness and amenities would elevate the experience further.

The murals in the hotel added such a fun vibe to our stay! I couldn't help but snap a ton of pics with my little one in front of them. Plus, the breakfast was an absolute winner-made-to-order omelets and a super gnarly selection of options to kickstart our day!
